im thinking about purchasing a winter beater while i put the Z in the driveway and pull the engine just to redo it...looking for ideas but i've been coming up short...
i am 6'3" and i dont fit well into an eclipse (an idea of what kind of car im looking at)...something two doors with preferably 4 seats, 4 cylinder, FWD/AWD. looking to spend $1k or less and can't be a honda/acura (im anti-honda). my dad has a 95 celica which is nice and all but i doubt he'll let me take it out...i was looking at a few older celicas but not too sure if i want to get another celica in the family. then i started looking at the taurus and found it too ugly lol...so hmmm im kinda stumped...good gas mileage is a plus :D ideas/suggestions i would love something that is just plain reliable, i dont want to mod it anything farther than say speakers and a head unit and keep it running for many miles to come...it would be a great chance for me to stop daily driving the Z too as ill uninsure it for the winter as well.
